• Production Time vs. Delivery Time: Production time is separate from delivery time. Remember, remote areas such as Darwin may take longer to receive shipments from our dispatch point in Melbourne.
• Bulk Shipping: Orders are often sent in bulk and typically use courier services. Our team can provide you with a delivery estimate.
• Custom Orders: Since products are custom-made and decorated, they cannot be shipped the same day as ordered.
• Order Process: Production begins once we receive your order, along with artwork, proof approval, and payment confirmation.

• Overseas services such as China Express may be effected by shipment weather or custom delays which are out of our control. If you have a critical deadline we always recommend ordering locally instead.

• Stress Shape Disclaimer: All stress items are handmade. No two pieces are exactly the same and colour may vary from each batch. As the stress items are hand cut not all edges and mould lines will be consistently smooth that is a given and is acceptable. Some chips or scuff marks are unavoidable due to variations between shipments and mass productions. White stress shapes will eventually turn yellow sunlight and heat will accelerate this process. To avoid turning yellow quicker we have added slight purple toner into the white stress shapes which makes the white stress items last longer. No white stress item will ever be true crisp white. Asking for a sample is recommended prior to placing order. The special PU ink is transparent and impossible to guarantee a consistent uniform imprint. A broad imprint area is subject to breaking up the imprint may not be of a solid colour. The print is not permanent as it will wear off after some usage. The PU sponge stress shapes will tear if enough force is applied. Stress Shapes are not intended for use by children or animals. Stress Shapes can be a choking hazard for children under the age of five. For pad prints on stress shapes with same-day, 24-hour, or 3 working day dispatch, please avoid squeezing or scratching the print immediately. The ink typically takes 4-5 days to fully cure due to the materials used.
