Sample Requests

Sample Availability: We are happy to provide samples upon request. The cost of samples, which includes item cost and shipping charges, is listed on each product page.
Shipping: Samples are shipped via the most economical method unless otherwise specified. For same-day dispatch, sample orders must be received before 2pm.
Shipping Responsibility: Once samples leave our facility, we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.

Blank Samples: All samples are provided as undecorated blank stock.
Printed Samples: If you need a sample with a random logo, we will try to accommodate your request, though we may not have all printed items in stock.
Custom Printed Samples: For samples printed with your logo, these are considered pre-production samples and will incur additional costs.

Price Comparison: We encourage you to compare products and prices before placing a sample order. While price is important, finding the most suitable product for your needs is crucial.
Non-Returnable: All samples are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
