Wheather you are Mac or PC based, we are able accept your graphic files if you meet the requirements listed below. To ensure this and avoid delays or art charges, please adhere to our specifications listed below.
To print with clarity and precision on promotional products your logo or artwork needs to be supplied to us in EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI format. Some PDF files saved with vector lines may be acceptable, but our graphic design team will need to examine them and confirm their usability. Text and logo must be layered and outlined. BMP, TIFF, JPG, GIF, PNG, and PDF without layered/outlines elements cannot be accepted.
If you require small touch-ups to your artwork or a simple colour change we can provide this service to you at no additional charge. However, if you require complex design editing, or if you need your file converted into the correct format our external graphic design team will charge a small fee based on the changes and the amount of time it will take to complete them. If you do not have your file in the correct format and do not wish to pay for redrawing, we suggest contacting your original logo graphic designer for the original EPS or AI file.
We can redraw your logo or image artwork if you do not have access to the design in AI, EPS, or vectorised PDF format. Artwork redraw charges range depending on complexity. You can discuss this process with your sales team member or inquire today for more information.
We ask that all fonts for text are outlined/vectorised. If you use a special font, we ask that you, please supply the TTF file for us in any case where the text is not vectorised.
For spot printing, Pantone colours (coated) are the industry standard way of identifying colours. To close match your brand colours we ask that you provide us with your organisation's PMS colours. We do not accept CMYK or RGB files unless it is for full-colour print jobs (or printing on paper). If you do not know your PMS colour, please contact us and we will see if we can find a close match for you.
Yes, before production on your bulk promotional product order begins we will provide you with a formal artwork proof that you will need to approve before we start printing. We will not commence any form of production on your order until you are happy with your art proof and your order invoice is paid in full. All artwork proofs will be digital files sent to you via email, and the process is without charge. For a physical pre-production sample of the product with your design, there will be costs involved, and they will vary depending on the product.
