As soon as you submit an order with us, these Terms and Conditions will automatically form a contract between customer and idirectpromo which will apply to the whole process of customer's order from placing order to receiving goods, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order as they contain very important information which relates to your order processes.
Clients can place an order through idirectpromo website, but emailed orders are also accepted. All orders must be in writing with company letterhead or customer’s official purchase order form which must have customer’s name, address, phone number, ABN number, and purchase order number. Verbal purchase order and instructions will not be accepted.
Every product has a minimum quantity to be ordered, every order will have to meet the minimum quantity, and any orders below the minimum quantity will not be accepted.
Idirectpromo provides 3 standard service options to best suit your requirements. 5 working days express by air, 10 working days by air and 28/38 working days by the sea. The working days mean the total number of days from art approval to dispatch, this does not include weekends and public holidays. The delivery time from idirectpromo to your destination is not included.
Any changes to an order must be in writing and must be approved by the client before the changes becoming effective. Any incurring cost for those changes will be the customer’s responsibility and the production time will be reset.
All cancellation requests must be in writing, any verbal cancellation have to be followed by an email confirmation. The cancellation is purely depending on the status of the order, the order cannot be canceled when the production has been completed. The customer is responsible for any incurred costs such as setups, printing, artworks, packaging etc. There will a minimum restocking charge for blank stock order plus any of freight costs.
Any repeat order is the order which has been done with idirectpromo previously, not with other companies. There is repeat setup costs involved. Note we only keep artwork for 3 years, orders placed after 3 years will be treated as a new order.
Idirectpromo cannot guarantee the stock availability for client’s order as the stock is based on first come first serve. Please always call to check the stock for the order. We may notify client for stock shortage even after we confirmed stock availability due to the faulty stock or item colour changed after a period of time during production.
We can only hold the stock for 24 hours for a written official order, without following up the held stock will be released if required.
Idirectpromo reserves the right to change prices without notice due to the currency and material price fluctuations. Please always refer to our online prices for your orders.
The product colours, images and printing sizes on our website are only the indication must not be used for exact colour matching.

PMS colour matching cannot be achieved due to printing on the different substrate. 5% off colour is acceptable as the industry standard allows. If the exact colour matching is requested please order a sample before production which may incur a sample cost. Please refer to our Sample Policy page for more information.

The quantity customer received may not be the exact same quantity as per ordered amount, 3% above or below ordered quantity is acceptable as a full shipment. Request for exact quantities may incur a surcharge.
For members, our products are national wide free of delivery except for those products on sale or special. For non-members, the delivery charges will be applied (please contact us for quote). We strongly recommend our clients to register themselves as a member for cheaper pricing. Please check carefully when submitting orders, the prices will be double confirmed with our customer service team before processing the orders. We use our economy freight service for our normal deliveries. For any express delivery, please contact us for quoting. Idirectpromo is reliant on external freight forwarders and cannot control weather conditions or human input, we will endeavor to have orders here in the stated time. We will not, however, be responsible should one of these external factors be involved with a deadline being missed. We will though do everything we can to assist should this unfortunate issue arise. Split delivery is available at additional costs. Contact us for quoting. The goods from idrectpromo to customer’s destination is not insured, it will be customer’s risk if any goods lost during transition, the customer may choose either using their own freight company or buy insurance at 3% of the value of the order.
Although it is unlikely the case, we only accept the written claims which must be made within 14 days after the goods been delivered. The goods will be returned back for inspection, a refund or replacement will be guaranteed if there are faulty products or error printing.
