• Production Time vs. Delivery Time: Production time is separate from delivery time. Remember, remote areas such as Darwin may take longer to receive shipments from our dispatch point in Melbourne.
• Bulk Shipping: Orders are often sent in bulk and typically use courier services. Our team can provide you with a delivery estimate.
• Custom Orders: Since products are custom-made and decorated, they cannot be shipped the same day as ordered.
• Order Process: Production begins once we receive your order, along with artwork, proof approval, and payment confirmation.

• Mix and Match Service: Select any of our standard colours from the mix and match range (Black red yellow orange green navy blue royal blue and white) to create your own unique colour combination. Lead time is 38 working days minimum from artwork approval with 1000 units MOQ.
