• Production Time vs. Delivery Time: Production time is separate from delivery time. Remember, remote areas such as Darwin may take longer to receive shipments from our dispatch point in Melbourne.
• Bulk Shipping: Orders are often sent in bulk and typically use courier services. Our team can provide you with a delivery estimate.
• Custom Orders: Since products are custom-made and decorated, they cannot be shipped the same day as ordered.
• Order Process: Production begins once we receive your order, along with artwork, proof approval, and payment confirmation.

• Overseas services such as China Express may be effected by shipment weather or custom delays which are out of our control. If you have a critical deadline we always recommend ordering locally instead.

• Shelf Life: This item will have approximately six to twelve months shelf life from manufacturing. Contact us prior to ordered if this is a concern.
• Red is currently stocked with strawberry scent once sold out it will be replaced with watermelon scent.
