Production Time vs. Delivery Time: Production time is separate from delivery time. Remember, remote areas such as Darwin may take longer to receive shipments from our dispatch point in Melbourne.

Custom Orders: Since products are custom-made and decorated, they cannot be shipped the same day as ordered.

We don't require upfront payments when placing orders...Our team will contact you and advise you of the payment terms after we have received your order. Once everything has been signed off and approved, if you are a non-member client you will be requested to pay the full order amount before we can begin production. However if you are a member client, your order will enter production immediately after approval and payment will be required before dispatching final goods.
