Production Time vs. Delivery Time: Production time is separate from delivery time. Remember, remote areas such as Darwin may take longer to receive shipments from our dispatch point in Melbourne.
Bulk Shipping: Orders are often sent in bulk and typically use courier services. Our team can provide you with a delivery estimate.
Custom Orders: Since products are custom-made and decorated, they cannot be shipped the same day as ordered.
Order Process: Production begins once we receive your order, along with artwork, proof approval, and payment confirmation.

No Upfront Payment Required
We don't require upfront payments when placing orders...Our team will contact you and advise you of the payment terms after we have received your order. Once the order is received we will send you an artwork for approval along with the pricing details and payment options. Once everything has been signed off and approved, if you are a non-member client you will be requested to pay the full order amount before we can begin production. However if you are a member client, your order will enter production immediately after approval and payment will be required before dispatching final goods.
